Ich bin 16 Jahre alt,bin natürlich noch Schüler, bin 1,77m groß und wiege 75 KG. Letzte Woche Mittwoch nochmal entschlossen die Atkins Diät auszuprobieren. Da ich bis zum Sommer gerne ca. 8KG abnehmen würde um mich im Urlaub am Strand richtig wohlzufühlen. Ich hoffe auf ein paar hilfreiche...
