Kris, für mich 67 is ZU viel beleive me, dass ist so, ich habe kleine knocken sehr klein 67 is zu viel. Ich habe eine Koloskopie Untersuchung gemacht.

Was ist Koloskopie:shock: . Goodness Kris that is a terrible test for cancer of the Colon DARM auf Deutsch and it is very unpleasant. Es macht den Körper Stressed

I am surprised how many German American couples we have in this forum. Just for my curiosity, how did you guys meet and what langue do you speak at home ?

And there is no reason for being self-conscious, you German is fine. I am married to an American who was stationed over 4 years in Germany and does not speak any German (despite Katzenklo = litter box :lachtot: ). Well, that’s why we ended up in the U.S. after his retirement from the army. But I enjoy living here and do not regret this step.

So, we hope you are going to successfully loose weight without craving or cheating on your diet. :dafür:

And nobody will laugh at you, we just laugh with you! :mrgreen:

Your are required to have an annual colonoscopy? For IBD/UC? That sucks. I hope everything was normal.

Hi Fatcat. WOW, thanks for the nice welcome. Yes I have to have a Colonoscopy for cancer screening purposes, but I came back with an all clear, thanks God for that. This was my first one and it sucked like hell. Now I am on a terrible Stall and cannot seem to shake it. Normally when I reach a stall I eat a high carb and then up the weight then I begin to lose again, but due to the medication and anotehr problem I had which caused me to take some meds it has stalled me terribly. I aint budging as I say. I have been successful with Atkins for the past three years, but I always gain it back at Christmas market:rotfl: . But this time, when I lose it I wont do that nonsense. I had no clue one cup of Glühwein has 14.8 Carbs:wow: and there I am polishing off 4 to 6 each night plus all the food, good God, no wonder I gained it back. Not again, now I know better. I may have one and that is that. I have 9 kg to lose and I intend to lose it before the full summer comes. Big problem we go to Turkey next week and maybe I will just say hell with the diet for a week and then come back and start it full force as I really feel this stall needs to be either upped to higher weight or something. I am still retaining a lot of water from the yucky stuff I had to drink for the Colonoscopy. Well I just work my lazy tail off the bed and we are heading to France here in a little bit to go shopping.
